No Returns on Consumables
All sales are final for pre-roll cones, blunt cones, and any consumable items. This is to maintain product safety, hygiene standards, and ensure no one’s puffing something that’s been out of our hands.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order shows up damaged or contains the wrong items, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. To get things rolling, send us:
Your order number
Photos of the items and packaging
A quick note explaining the issue
Once we review, eligible claims will receive a replacement or store credit your choice.
How to Start a Return

“Return Request – Order #[YourOrderNumber]”
